Rotary Kiln |
| Rotary kiln belongs to building material equipment, which can be divided into cement kiln, metallurgy chemical kiln and lime kiln according to different materials.
Cement kiln is used for making of cement clinker and there are dry and wet methods to make cement. metallurgy chemical kiln is used for magnetic roasting of iron ore and oxidizing roasting of chrome and nickel in the steel factory; baking high-alumina mine in the refractory material factory; baking Chalmette and alumina in the aluminum factory and baking chrome ore and chrome powder in the chemical plant.
Lime kiln is used for baking active lime and dolomite in the steel factory and ferroalloy factory. |

Cement mill |
| Structure:
The machine is composed by feeding part, discharging part, rotary part and transmission part (reducer, small drive gear, electric motor and electric cabinet). The hollow shaft is cast steel and the liner is changeable. The rotary gearwheel adopts casting hobbing process and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance. The machine works stably.
Note: According to different materials and discharging methods, the users can choose between dry type and wet lattice-shaped type.

Disk feeder |
| Disk feeder can convey the powdered materials below 20mm in size. It is made up of transmission, feeder, measurable belt conveyor and measuring device. The feeder and belt conveyor is driven by a driving unit. The magnetic clutch on the driving unit has the function of feeder starting or stopping and switching between them. The speed of measurable belt conveyor is smaller than 1meter per second. The tachometer is fixed to measure the belt speed and the measuring pole is fixed to adjust the weighing roller when it is not in the proper position. |
