Working principle: This machine is of a rotary one with horizontal cylinder, driven by outer gear. It has two hoppers and is lattice-shaped. The material spires into the first hopper through hollow shaft from the feeder. The first hopper has ladder like lining or moiré lining, in which there are many steel balls of different specifications. The turn of tunnel body will cause the centrifugal force, which will bring the steel balls to a certain height. After that the balls fall, which can smash and grind the materials. The materials, which are milled roughly in the first hopper, will enter into the second hopper through single-layer clapboard. The plain lining is fixed in the second hopper. The steel balls in the hopper will mill the materials once again. The finished powder will be discharged through grid plate to finish the grind process.
Structure: The machine is composed by feeding part, discharging part, rotary part and transmission part (reducer, small drive gear, electric motor and electric cabinet). The hollow shaft is cast steel and the liner is changeable. The rotary gearwheel adopts casting hobbing process and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance. The machine works stably. Note: According to different materials and discharging methods, the users can choose between dry type and wet lattice-shaped type.
