Purpose:It is used to separate the iron, stannum, tungsten, tantalum, niobium, gold ore, colliery, monazite, rutile and zircon of the size between 0.3 and 0.02 mm, and the other metals and nonmetal minerals of enough proportion deviation.
Working principle:Check the vertical line as soon as spiral chute is erected, and then fix it with iron frame or wood in the appropriate position. Sand pump will convey the ore to two feed holes at the top of spiral chute. Then add enough water into it, and ore slurry will flow rationally from the top. During the process, inertial centrifugal force will be formed. Sand and mineral can be separated with the help of eddy gravity and centrifugal force for different proportion, granularity and shape of sand and mineral. The concentrates will flow into a hopper and then be delivered out through pipes. Sand tailings will flow into sand tailings hopper, be conveyed into sand pond through pipes, and then delivered out through sand pump. Thus, the whole process of mineral selecting is finished.
