Trough-shaped feeder can be set up on the ground or lifted over the discharge opening of hopper. The base plate moves repeatedly. Its stroke frequency is 20-60 times per minute, and its stroke is 20-200mm. The stroke can be adjusted according to the eccentric wheel on the transmission system. The eccentric distance is half of stroke. According to practices, the eccentric distance should be no less than 30mm if the ore is sticky. The width of the trough is 2-2.5 times as wide as the feed size. The biggest model can deal with iron ore of 500mm in size at most. The popular model is 980×1240, whose feed size is 350-0mm. It is the ideal feed equipment to Jaw crusher 400×600.
